What Is a Life Coaching Session?
Our Christian life coaching sessions are one-on-one online meetings. Each session is rooted in Scripture and designed to help you work through goals, decisions, challenges, and seasons of growth with encouragement and practical next steps.
Our sessions are collaborative. You bring your hopes, questions, and desires, and together, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we explore how to move forward in a way that aligns with God’s truth.

Pre-Coaching Connection Session
The Pre-Coaching Connection session is a twenty-minute Zoom conversation to connect and determine whether your needs and my coaching style complement each other. We will also discuss your goals and purpose for seeking a coach.

Life Coaching Session
A single Life Coaching session may be an option for someone looking to share their ideas and review progress occasionally. It’s also an excellent option for those who have demanding schedules looking ahead. We will set goals designed for success based on your dreams and needs.
You can choose whether you prefer Zoom or phone sessions.
75 minutes / $95 50 minutes / $75
Life Coaching Package
“Let’s Do This”
The “Let’s Do This” Package includes six scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions, allowing you to dive deeper into your life coaching experience. You also receive a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources.
75 minutes each / six sessions at $90 each / $540
50 minutes each / six sessions at $ 75 each / $450
The six sessions must be used within a five-month period.
Life Coaching Package
“Greater Things”
The “Greater Things” Package includes twelve scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions, a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources, and three 10-minute quick call sessions. This session package allows time for you to discover even greater things to prepare for your future hopes and dreams.
75 minutes each / twelve sessions at $85 each/ $1020
50 minutes each / twelve sessions at $70 each / $840
The twelve sessions must be used within an eight-month period.
Life Coaching Package
“His Masterpiece”
The “His Masterpiece” Package gives you one of two options. Option #1 incorporates your goals and accomplishments into two works of art. The first work of art will take place during your second session, and your final art piece will take place during your last session of the package. This package includes all the supplies needed for your artwork: two stretched canvases, acrylic paint, and brushes. They will be sent to you at the beginning of your coaching experience. Option #2 includes a twelve-color watercolor set, brushes, and an 8.5 x 8.5” hardcover watercolor journal book to design with art and words. The “His Masterpiece” Package includes fourteen scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions (two are art sessions), a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources, and three 10-minute quick call sessions. This fourteen-week session package creates time for an in-depth look into your thoughts and dreams while creating a visual of progress and purpose.
75 minutes / fourteen sessions at $90 each / $1260
50 minutes / fourteen sessions at $80 each/ $1,120
The fourteen sessions must be used within an eight-month period.
Group Sessions and Public Speaking Services
Group Session
A group session includes three or more people wanting the same specialty focus. Some prefer group sessions for the additional, confidential fellowship, while others find it a significant financial option.
Consider bringing together three or more family members, friends, co-workers, or ministry partners for the following. The group can include women and men if you choose.

Freedom Life Speaker
Several years after her Christian journey began, Sherry discovered God had more. He had given her new names at the time of her salvation, and she didn’t realize it. With her new names came freedom. If you are God’s child, He has given you new names, too.
Over the last two decades, God has continued to grow a passion in Sherry’s heart for sharing the fullness of His freedom and abundant life message with other Christian women. She finds delight when women recognize the freedom and beautiful names that Jesus speaks over them.
Sherry finds that life’s richest moments are wrapped in prayer. Communicating with and listening to the Lord is a gift available to all of God’s children. For several years, Sherry served as the National Day of Prayer County Coordinator for three Iowa counties. She served as coordinator and builder of several prayer teams, and currently serves as the director of prayer for a national ministry course.
Sherry brings a unique blend of compassion and energy to your women’s group. Her approach combines The Word of God, personal reflection, art, and the joy that only Jesus can bring, creating a truly transformative experience.
